A pet ramp is ideal for pets that are old, are infirm or are suffering from a muscle related disease. Most pets in this variety cannot walk or jump the way they used to. So, before they start developing withdrawal symptoms, it is highly recommended that you treat them with a pet ramp. While choosing a pet ramp, you should take into consideration the height and weight of the ramp. Likewise, you may need to tally these with the vital statistics of your pet. Pet ramps are mainly used to ferry your animal and to help him/her climb into cars and trucks.

We are assuming that you can get your dog into the car in the first place. Hmm. Well, we did say it was a fundamental assumption.
A pet ramp will solve this for you. Just make sure you have a dog treat or two handy. Then set the ramp up with the raised end going into the car and strategically place a dog treat, at the upper end. In accordance with Pavlov’s universal laws of doggy attraction, your dog will be irresistibly drawn up the ramp by the treat. Its paws will be hypnotized into walking its pooch person up the ramp and into the car. Shut the door (carefully) and you’re done.
